Refund policy

Warranty
All of our engines come with a six month unlimited hour warranty from the shipment date unless otherwise specified. Our warranty only covers the engine and the parts. Labor is not covered under warranty. If damage was caused by misuse or incorrect installation deemed by the seller then it will not be covered under warranty. Return shipping will be setup by the seller and paid for if upon inspection the failure was caused under correct operating conditions. The seller will inspect the engine upon delivery and determine if the failure is covered under warranty.

Core Refund

Buyer has 30 days to contact seller to schedule a pickup of the core engine. Core engine is required to have all components on it as came with the reman engine. If  block, crank, or head is deemed unusable only a partial core credit will be refunded. Seller has 30 days to inspect the core engine and mail out a check to the buyer for the core refund.

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
